Screen Rooms and Lanais

We love Florida for its year-round warm weather; what we don’t love are pesky bugs ruining our time spent outdoors. The best way to combat the bugs, stay cool in the summer, and increase your home’s resale value is with our unique screen rooms and lanais. We can complete the whole package for you, including pouring a concrete slab or laying down pavers as a flooring surface for the screen room. We can also add a pet door to any screen room or enclosure to accommodate the four-legged members of your family!

There are two types of roof systems for our screen rooms:

Pan Roof: 3” raised seam panel with no insulation and does not span beyond 12′.

Composite roof: 3, 4, and 6” Styrofoam laminated with an aluminum skin on both sides that can be walked on for cleaning and maintenance.
